Fred W. Martin Center of the Arts (PS #41) is a three-story, 140,467 square foot building built in 1975. Spaces include classrooms, gymnasium/auditorium, natatorium, locker rooms, lounges, offices, dining areas, computer labs, stairwells, restrooms, mechanical and electrical spaces, storage rooms, and a theatre. Facility is considering upgrading the fuel source for the steam boilers from fuel oil to natural gas.
