Anthony J. Infante School (PS #31) is a 4-story, 36,973 square foot building built in 1906. Spaces include classrooms, administrative offices, auditorium, gymnasium, cafeteria, kitchen, hallways, stairwells, restrooms, and storage rooms. Facility lighting consists mostly of 32-Watt T8 fluorescent fixtures. The building is 100% heated by two steam boilers. It is partially cooled by window air conditioning units.
