Rev. Dr. Ercel F. Webb School is a four-story, 157,134 square foot building built in 1931. Spaces include classrooms, offices, library, gymnasiums, natatorium, auditorium, cafeterias, corridors, stairwells, restrooms, storage rooms, and basement electrical and mechanical space. Lighting is provided mainly by linear fluorescent T8 and LED fixtures. Window AC units, one air cooled chiller, and two steam boilers provide heating and cooling to spaces.
