Whitney M. Young Jr School (PS #15) is a two-story, 179,590 square foot building built in 1979. Spaces include classrooms, gymnasium, natatorium, auditorium, offices, cafeteria, corridors, stairwells, computer labs, storage rooms, commercial kitchen, and mechanical space. At the time of the audit, the facility is planning on replacing unit ventilators in classrooms and hallways as well as the air handling units.
