Rafael Cordero Y Molina School

Rafael De J. Cordero Elementary School is a five-story, 135,534 square foot building built in 1922. Spaces include classrooms, offices, gymnasium, locker rooms, auditorium, cafeteria, kitchen, corridors, stairwells, restrooms, storage rooms, and basement mechanical space. Lighting is provided mainly by T8 equivalent LED lamps. The facility has two steam boilers that provide heating to spaces. There is one passenger elevator in the building.
