Cornelia F. Bradford School is a four-story, 61,684 square foot building built in 1916. Spaces include classrooms and offices as well as a gymnasium, natatorium, auditorium, cafeteria, corridors, stairwells, restrooms, storage rooms, electrical, and mechanical space. Lighting is provided mainly by linear fluorescent T8 and LED fixtures. Window air conditioning (AC) units and two steam boilers provide heating and cooling to spaces. One hot water boiler provides heating to the pool.
