Ezra L. Nolan Middle School (PS #40) is a three-story, 132,483 square foot building built in 1963. Spaces include classrooms, gymnasium, natatorium, auditorium, offices, dining area, corridors, stairwells, computer labs, library, lounges, locker rooms, kitchen, restrooms, electrical rooms, and basement mechanical space.
