Central Office
The Administration Central Office is an 8-story, 246,800 square foot building that was constructed in 1904. Spaces include classrooms, offices, a multipurpose room, a conference room, a warehouse area, storage areas, the Human Resources Department, the Finance Department, the Transportation Department, and the Security Department. The building is fully electric. It is fully heated and mostly cooled. Over the last five years, the Administration Central Office has replaced some of its existing flooring and upgraded its existing lighting. Facility concerns include implementation of lighting controls and replacement of existing HVAC equipment.
