Alexander D. Sullivan School (PS #30) is a three-story, 93,129 square foot building built in 1906. Spaces include classrooms, computer labs, dining area, server room, library, theatre, teacher’s lounges, gymnasium, offices, hallways, stairwells, storage spaces, kitchen, and basement mechanical space. At the time of the audit, the building’s roof was reportedly leaking and was in the process of being repaired/replaced.
