Dr. Michael Conti School is a four-story, 148,049 square foot building built in 1919. Spaces include classrooms, offices, library, gymnasium, auditorium, cafeteria, corridors, stairwells, restrooms, storage rooms, and basement electrical and mechanical space. Lighting is provided mainly by linear fluorescent T8 fixtures. The facility has two gas-fired hot water boilers and several window air conditioning (AC) units that provide heating and cooling to spaces. There is one passenger elevator. There is an abandoned pool at this site; the associated equipment is not used.
